Yes. Group rates are available for bookings of 5+, 10+ and 20+ delegates. Please use the group booking option on the Tickets page or contact our team to arrange a group.

Parking details will be confirmed alongside the venue announcement. Full parking and access information will be shared with all registered delegates ahead of the event.

Every delegate receives a digital Certificate of Attendance after the event, suitable for your professional records and continuing professional development portfolio.

Accessibility is a priority. The venue will offer step-free access, accessible facilities and reserved seating. If you have specific access requirements, please tell us when you register so we can prepare in advance.

Smart casual. Come as comfortably or as elegantly as you like — the day includes networking, seated sessions and a group photograph, so wear what makes you feel confident and at ease.

Yes — an official photographer will capture the day, including a group photograph at the close. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of the team know on arrival and we will happily accommodate you.

The full refund and transfer policy will be published with ticket terms at the point of sale. Tickets are typically transferable to another attendee — including as a gifted ticket — if you are unable to attend.

Lunch and refreshments are included, and we cater for a range of dietary requirements. You will be able to note yours during registration so our caterers can prepare accordingly.
